Delivery time from dispatch day: 5-14 Business days

An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you shortly after the order has been placed, summarising your purchase. This email will outline all items included in the order, confirming your contact information, shipping and billing address, along with the amount paid. 

The shipping confirmation, including a tracking number, will be sent as soon as your order is ready to be sent with a normal handling time of 1-2 business days for stocked items. Shipping date for any Pre-Order or Custom Size garment will abide by the dates and timeline provided for that specific item.

The prices listed on the once a day online store include all taxes and duties. Just like in Sweden, the price you see in our store is the price you will pay at checkout. To view prices in the currency of your country or shipping destination, simply select the appropriate currency from the dropdown menu in the footer.

If you add items to your cart in a different currency than your delivery destination, prices will be updated at checkout to match your destination’s currency, ensuring that all applicable taxes and duties are included. If sales tax does not apply in the destination country, no taxes will be added to your purchase.

Returning Items
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery, except for any products ordered as CUSTOM SIZE or MTM where the fit guarantee  terms and conditions apply.


- MADE TO ORDER - Returns
We offer returns on ALL our made-to-order items*. To avoid unnecessary returns, we encourage careful size selection using our size charts, ensuring the piece you order is truly what you’ll want to wear. Our goal is not just to create pieces you love but also to minimize waste by producing only what’s needed.

We understand that ordering the wrong size happens, which is why we accept returns on all made-to-order garments, *unless otherwise clearly stated for special limited edition projects where returns are not possible.


- CUSTOM SIZE and MTM - Returns
Custom-sized products and Made-to-Measure (MTM) items follow a different policy under the fit guarantee 

You must return the products to the once a day store in perfect condition. The once a day products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except that the once a day store will not accept returns, only exchanges for other products or store credit.

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.

Exchange items
To exchange an item purchased online, please return your item and place a new order.

Make a Return
To execute a return, simply fill out the Return form and we will contact you with further instructions.

Returns to any once a day store, excluding department stores, within the shipping country are always free of charge. Please bring your order confirmation email.

Return Fees
Once a day store is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. In store returns in our store in Hong Kong is free of charge.

When to expect the refund
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after the once a day store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by the once a day store.
