At once a day, made to measure is a celebration of craft and simplicity. Each custom-made suit or shirt begins with a meeting in our Soho store at 6 Elgin Street, Hong Kong — a calm space where Swedish minimalism meets Italian tailoring. Over coffee, you'll meet with Karin, our co-founder and creative lead, to explore fabrics, details, and shapes that reflect who you are and how you move.

1. THE APPOINTMENT
It begins with a visit to our Soho studio. Swedish batch coffee on us.
An unhurried hour with Karin to talk about how you dress, how you move, and what you want your wardrobe to feel like. Together, you'll explore shapes and silhouettes that fit your personal rhythm.
POSTURE
We study your natural posture and movement using shell jackets and trousers developed in-house over a decade of soft tailoring. We take over 30 precise measurements and a 360° posture review, noting how fabric falls and where balance and drape come into play.
DESIGN
Together we refine the details. Lapels, pockets, collar shapes, buttons. Each piece should feel entirely yours.
2. CRAFTING
From these details, we build your digital pattern. Each garment is laser-cut and crafted in our workshop using German interlinings, soft canvases, and careful hand finishing.
No shoulder padding, no heavy lining. Just the fabric and how it moves.
3. THE FITTING
Suits are ready in 4–5 weeks, shirts in 2–3 weeks. Your garment is nearly complete at this stage. The fitting is where we fine-tune the final details. Some clients walk out after the first appointment. With others, even a 5mm adjustment is worth waiting for.
Every refinement is recorded in your digital pattern for all future orders.
3. THE DELIVERY
Your second fitting usually takes place 1–2 weeks later. Getting the fit right takes the time it takes. We always aim to move quickly, but never at the cost of the result.

THE MILLS
For suits and jackets, we source from Italian mills including REDA, Drago, Vitale Barberis Canonico, and Zegna, alongside our own once a day collection. Each fabric is chosen for its handle and how it wears over time.
For shirts, we work with Albini, Thomas Mason, and the OAD Shirt Collection. Pieces from the Casual Collection can also be custom-sized, online or in store.
