Seersucker has a long history, and in the last few years it's climbed its way back into the spotlight, rightfully showing off what it's always been good at, looking good and keeping the wearer cool in warm climates. The Camp Collar design takes that history seriously, cut clean and minimal, the kind of shirt that does its job quietly and looks better for it.

| THE FABRIC JOURNEY |
Somewhere in India, about three hundred years ago, this fabric started its journey. The name comes from Persian, shir o shekar, milk and sugar, a description of two textures sitting side by side in the same cloth, one smooth, one rough. It travelled to Europe through colonial trade in the seventeenth century, carried mostly for one reason: it kept people cool in places that gave them no other help doing so.
Back to 2026, and the same problem hasn't gone away. In cities like New York, Hong Kong, or Tokyo, warm and vibrant in equal measure, the fabric still does the job it was built for, without asking anyone to compromise on a minimalist look to get it.
| THE STRUCTURE & FEEL |
The famous bubbles, sometimes called the wobble, are the whole idea behind this weave. It's the fabric's purpose from the start, giving it the character for breathability, and by nature, an inviting, interesting look to go along with it. One thread pulled tight, another left slack, so the loose thread bunches into these small, uneven ridges across the cloth, holding it just slightly away from the skin.

Paired with the weave structure, this fabric also comes with an uneven width across its woven stripes, adding another layer of character to the surface. At 100% cotton, 71g/m², it's effortless as a shirt for warm weather.
We went for a straight cut, a camp collar, nothing structured or stiff about it. The kind of shirt built to sit loosely and let the fabric handle the rest. Worn with linen shorts or linen pants, this Camp Collar makes its own statement.

CARE:
A steamer works best here, since it keeps the texture intact rather than pressing it flat. If ironing, use the steam function for a minute's work, but a steamer really is the way to go.
